When will my order arrive?
All orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after they’re placed. Packages are shipped via USPS First Priority and take up to 1-3 days for your order to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the U.S.
Help! What if my candle is damaged while in transit?
We do our best to avoid such mishaps, but of course, things happen! If you receive a damaged candle, please send a clear photo of the candle within 7 days to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and we'll get a new candle shipped to you right away.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase, however, due to the nature of our product, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If unused and unlit, you can exchange or return your candle within 14 days. Email email@example.com and we can help you process an exchange or return.
Why does my candle have imperfections?
ILHA Candles does not include any additives, so it is quite common for imperfections to show in soy wax. While there may be visual imperfections, it does not affect the throw (fragrance) of the candle.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Possibly! Since I am a one-woman show, I need to decide on bulk orders on a case-by-case basis. Please send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and I will get back to you.
Can you customize your labels for my event?
At this time, we are unable to customize labels.
My candle has burned out. Can I reuse my container?
Yes, absolutely, please reuse! Visit ilhacandles.com/reuse-safety/ for tips on how to safely clean out your container and ideas on how to reuse your tins and tumblers.
